Rules governing the CBSMF are Shootout-system based integrated with variations from other rules. While the bulk of
the rules are dominated by the Shootout-system, certain elements essential to college football were integrated to
cover all aspects of the game.

The rules are shown as a .pdf and .doc file which will allow coaches to print at their own leisure. Each member
school is responsible for staying up-to-date on rules as well as copying their own copy. As a member school, you are
responsible for having rules present at any conference and interconference football games.
